Twitter is raising hundreds of millions of dollars at a $7 billion valuation, the Wall Street Journal reports.
No word on who Twitter is in talks with.
This is somewhat unexpected since Twitter just raised $200 million at a $4 billion valuation in December.
But, it's a favorable environment for raising big piles of cash right now.
Unlike some of the other tech startups that are hitting the IPO market, the Journal says Twitter wants to take its time and develop its business model.
