Here's A Video Where Tim Zagat Talks About Crushing Other Restaurant Reviewers

Huge news just now: Google is buying restaurant survey company Zagat.

Company founder Tim Zagat stopped by our offices in June, and he explained to us what sets Zagat's product apart from the reviews offered by online competitors like Menupages and Yelp.

We also asked him about Zagat's future.

While he didn't specifically mention acquisition plans, he did say that he expected 80% to 90% of the company's revenue to be from digital sources within the next year or two.
