Incumbent Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin defeated Terrance Ruth in Raleigh, North Carolina's mayoral race. DaQuanta Copeland, a public health advocate, was also on the ballot. 

Polls closed in the state at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
