After six years of quietly dating, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have reportedly called it quits, just months after being pictured together at the Met Gala in May.
A source confirmed the split to E! News, which came days after Foxx was spotted holding hands with another woman, Sela Vave, while leaving a nightclub over the weekend. Despite the news breaking Monday, the source told E! News that the pair had been separated since May.
The celebrity couple had kept their relationship private since they first sparked romance rumors back in 2013. Holmes and Foxx were seen dancing together at a benefit in the Hamptons, following Holmes' divorce from Tom Cruise in 2012.
Foxx had denied the rumors two months after the benefit, telling Entertainment Tonight that they were "100% not true."

But in 2016, Claudia Jordan, former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star and friend of Foxx, seemingly confirmed that he was dating Holmes in a podcast interview. The duo were subsequently pictured over the next few years in Mexico and Malibu, and were seen sitting together at the Pre-Grammy Awards Gala in 2018.
Most recently, the pair were seen photographed together at the Met Gala on May 6, and most onlookers noticed that Foxx's shoes matched Holmes' purple Zac Posen gown. The gala seemed to be their first (and last) public appearance together at an event.
Reps for Holmes and Foxx did not immediately respond to INSIDER's request for comment.
