Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are engaged, according to TMZ

Three unnamed sources reportedly told the site that Bieber proposed on Saturday night in the Bahamas, and that Bieber told everyone to put their phones away. People magazine also reported the news.

Bieber has been dating Baldwin, a model and the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, for about a month. The couple recently spent their Fourth of July together. The two also dated in 2015 and 2016, before Bieber was in a relationship with Selena Gomez.

The two also attend the same church, Hillsong.

Bieber wrote that he was "the proudest" on Twitter.

Bieber's father, Jeremy, posted an apparent congratulations on Instagram on Sunday, though it's unclear for what.

@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!
