Which one looks better?
While not all apps look better on iOS than on Android, the conventional wisdom says that most do.

Screenshots of popular apps can confirm it.
The primary reason many apps look better on iOS is because developers need only build an app for a few screen sizes.
On Android, a platform that supports various screen sizes and resolutions, building great-looking yet dynamic apps is much more difficult.
Developer Nikolai Sander wrote, "Trying to get the UI to look right on the Android platform is a trial and error process, and with trial, I mean you try it on all possible device resolutions and encounter mostly errors."
