Business Insider has won three awards during the Press Club of Atlantic City's 2026 National Headliner Awards, which have honored journalistic excellence for over 90 years.

Hilary Brueck earned first place in the category of Online Beat Reporting Health and Science Coverage for her series, Young Colon Cancer Reporting: Unpacking a Mysterious Trend. Judges shared that her series offered "great information…for young adults and their families" and that the Young, fit — and hit with a deadly cancer story which explored "possible links between these cancers and events during childbirth and the first few months of life is particularly informative."

"I am incredibly honored that my beat reporting on young colon cancer is being recognized by the Press Club today," Hilary said. "The Business Insider health team spent over a year connecting with patients, doctors, and scientists who shared the struggles of navigating young colorectal cancer, to bring these stories to life. I hope the series helps shed some light on potential solutions and early explanations for this troubling trend."
