Apple announced a new 4-inch iPhone on Monday, called the iPhone SE.

The iPhone SE the cheapest iPhone yet. Its base model, at 16GB of storage, costs just $399. You can get 64GB of storage for $499.

The iPhone SE is free with a two-year contract on any major carrier.

Pre-orders for the iPhone SE go live this Friday, but the phone will officially launch on March 31.
