LG's crazy new phone, the G5, has two new features that set it apart from Apple's iPhone in major ways:

It has a removable bottom, a novel way to add features without requiring adapters or cases.
There's a cool new camera that does a lot more than the iPhone camera's can.
But that's not all! Here's what else the G5 can do that the iPhone can't:
First, it has a removable bottom that lets you do a whole bunch of crazy things that most phones can't.
You can swap out a dead battery with a fresh one.

You can also add "modules" that add to the phone's functionality. Below is a camera grip that helps with zooming, focusing, and recording video. There's an extra battery in the grip, too!

And you can add the B&O Play DAC module to make your music sound incredible.

Second, it has a dual-lens camera that does more than the iPhone's camera.

One of the lenses has a wide 135-degree field of view for wide-angle photos that capture more than the iPhone camera's 73-degree field of view. You can see the regular narrow-angle lens in a box inside the wide-angle screen.

And you can take a photo using all three of the G5's lenses at the same time.

The dual lenses let you zoom from the wide-angle lens to the narrow-angle one seamlessly.
And there's LG's signature manual mode, which gives you more control over how your pictures look than the iPhone does.

It has an "always-on" screen with the time and basic notification info so you can quickly glance at the G5 without waking the screen.

It uses the new USB-C standard for faster charging, speedier connections to computers, and easier connections to TVs and monitors via HDMI, as well as LG's own VR headset.

Finally, the G5 has a microSD card slot built in with the SIM card tray for expandable storage up to 200GB.
